Booking terms and conditions
These terms and conditions outline how The Craft Tutor (“We”, “Us”, Our”), enables you (“You”, “Your”) to make a booking of any of the workshops or classes (“Events”).
All bookings are subject to availability. I will confirm the booking to you by sending an email stating that the booking has been confirmed (the “Booking Confirmation”). There is a limited number of places at each class and these will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings. First come first served. I will operate a ‘waiting list’ which could mean additional classes will be made available or you will be able to take a place from someone who cancels, if you want to.
The booking confirmation will also list what you will need to bring to the class, start and finish times, location of the class and my contact details should you need them.
Please understand that if do not accept the terms you cannot make a booking.

2. Once all participants have arrived you will have a ‘welcome’ chat with the course host and they will bring to your attention where the fire exits are, toilets etc. She will also run through the days event.
3. When using equipment you will be provided with the necessary protective equipment to ensure your safety. If you choose not to use the safety equipment provided this is your choice. No acceptance of injury or liability can be accepted in this instance. A first aid kit will be available.
4. Tea and coffee will always be available. Either on a help yourself basis, or made for you. Common sense is expected with the use of hot water etc, however if you are going to struggle with this let the course tutor know who can assist you.
